23 days into Final MB, 14 days left.

Thanks to my Prince, my dragonboat nuison, who reminded me of Philippians 4:13, Isaiah 40:31 suddenly flashed through my mind:

Isaiah 40:31 "but those who hope in the lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint"

Refreshed. Renewed. Resilient.

Thank you.

Tourette's syndrome -- why it doesn’t define me | TEDxAlbertopolis

13 days left.

Newfound inspiration for Tourette's syndrome, especially now that I'm cranking my way through psychiatry revision. The mystery is so deep, yet the awe-inspiring people that overcome it and embrace it, and come out to advocate it, and even transform it into magical creativity... is such a breath of fresh air and a powerful message to take the stigmatisation out of an "incurable" disease and kick ass. Thank you for such inspiration, motivation, and perspiration to get back on track! Time to visit her website www.touretteshero.com :)

The Man With The Seven Second Memory (Medical Documentary)

19 days left.

Motivation of the day: Clive, a real life example of the permanent "focal neurological deficits" of HSV Encephalitis.

In an era when Aciclovir was "the new drug" that saved his life, but left permanent scars in his life, and the lives of his loved ones.

Hockey

Revision Lectures Day 10

Hockey friendly tonight, HKT vs Development Squad. They're flying to Kuala Lumpur for World League Round 2 tmr, really hope it will be an eye-opener, playing at the next level.

Still vividly remember myself at my first international tournament, World League Round 1, in Singapore, April 2016. Just an immature little girl living out a third of her dream (the athlete part).

Today was my last day of hockey until after final MB ends in late March.
Despite I started cramping in the third quarter, I pray it gave me enough strength and willpower and peace and joy and inspiration and motivation and perspiration to persevere through these dark dark times.
Happy superpass.
